All I have ever caught here is rainbow trout, anybody know of any other type of fish and what bait might attract them in Salem Pond?

Catfish, with worms. Fish the shores with plastics for the bass.

There are also Blue Gill. You can catch them with a tiny hook, piece of a worm, and a bobber. You can catch them on the little part of the pond that is across the road. They are fun for kids to catch cause you usually catch quite a few over there.
