I just had my flu shot five days ago, but I'm having Sharp pains down my left arm and it feels cold and my fingers kind of tingling, could this be the flu shot?

IDK, I had mine last week too and my arm hurt but not sharp pains and none of the other symptoms you describe, I would go have that checked out :)
