I saw some pets at the hotel when I stayed there. However, the hotel website says no pets. My stay was after Hurricane Irma and I thought they were making an exception for evacuees. You should call the hotel direct and talk with them.
They allowed pets during hurricane but not sure about afterwards. Some Marriott's allow them.

No. It isnt. However, during the hurricane in 2017, they allowed pets as a courtesy. It is a great hotel.
