I don't believe they allow dogs. Plus it's true why pay to get in for an hour? It's a place to spend time at.
Bree is right. It's not really a place that you spend an hour at - mostly due to the price. It's better suited for half-day or full-day activities. I have never seen a dog there before. You may want to call ahead to ask if that's permissible.
There is a daily fee, I don't think visiting for an hour would be worth it. You can spend the day there relaxing. If you visit their website it will be able to answer your questions.
