"Mistakes" can happen ... on both sides. Always double-check your bag before leaving. I agree with Christine Sanchez! My suggestion is call & speak with a rep right away/business hours. First dbl-chk your receipt/order ticket & make sure the error is valid. Perhaps the missing item wasn't actually listed on your original order. Technical errors occur more often than we think; and human errors can happen to anyone. A positive attitude/reaction go a long way. Hope it went well. 🙂🤙
I would call first thing in the morning about this don't put it off until later. Let them know that your order wasnt complete by telling what was missing from your order. Also have your sale ticket with you. I do hope you good luck,and next time really check your sack to make sure it's all their.It gets confusing all the different stuff. But when I order online I didn't h as very a problem but I checked my sack twice before I left.
That's crazy never had tgat happen. But they try to charge me for a vape they didnt have in my bag
