I agree with Joe Montague and I thought the evening was the perfect time.
It's our home happy hour place, it's noisy at lunch and happy hour but outside of those times, it's perfect
Lunch hour, between noon and 1pm can be noisy. Other times it is usually pretty calm and pleasant. The adjoining hotel, The Sofia, also has some spaces in the lobby that are quiet.
