I watched the reviews and I was so excited to get a sandwich! I went bread soggy as hell. The meet was good but who can enjoy a sandwiches that with soggy bread . I even came home and put it in the air fryer twice. I’m all the way from Connecticut! And I’m disappointed I won’t be back unfortunately. The waiter was reallly nice but it’s not for me . And after reading reviews . I know my taste buds are way different from others .

The standard cheese steak with cheddar instead of American and cherry peppers was very good. Thank you to the gentleman at the register for recommending it. I will be back again.

Been wanting to try this place and it delivered. Plenty of meat and creamy white American cheese and perfectly cooked onions. Best part is they season it with some salt and pepper. Went with the regular and the works which added grilled peppers and mushrooms. Also gave the Taylor ham and cheese and try and it was a rather good grilled ham and cheese sandwich.

Came back to try again, and the service did not improve. The staff was same different people, but very disappointing. Super slow service customer service rating would be a zero star if it could apply the employees do not greet the customers they just stare at them with a blank face and doesn’t ask what they’re waiting for I wouldn’t eat here if I were you

Is the bread served on the philky soft or crunchy? Is true italian bread hoagie or what?

Hello Cynthia, Thank you for asking. We source our bread from the Amoroso Baking Company in Philadelphia. This company has been supplying hearth baked goods since 1904. The bread is soft on the inside with a slightly chewy exterior. This bread is a staple ingredient for an authentic cheesesteak experience. We can toasty your roll for you If you prefer your bread toasted. We look forward to serving you and learning what you thought of it. Sincerely, Mario
