Im sure that you could have a small wedding, as I have seen other groups there. Im not sure about what the reservations policies are. There is a really nice lawn area with bathrooms and tables by the historic grave area just past the pictographs. You could perhaps if you can't reserve send someone ahead to save it until you get there.
Sure, it the beginning of the Missouri. Doubt there is a fee. Do not know about reservations. I would contact whomever manages the area.
