What if you didn't want a trainer? Didn't fully understand the contract& have dealt with rude staff? Who do you talk to? Said that staff has reached out.I keep all of my phone messages. There is not 1 from Anytime fitness N.C. Goes back several mos.

You don't have to have a trainer, with most new contracts they tell you that you'll get a couple free sessions. As far as the rude staff I'd certainly complain to corporate.
