I would go in person as well. While we were there we saw a man come daily to check the pool. I assume they contract him out to do maintenance. They may be getting him to deal with it. I don't know for sure though why they would not take care of it. When we stayed with had no issues with them and they asked us daily when we saw them if our stay was enjoyable or if we needed anything. I would go to the front desk, like the other person before me said, and speak to them face to face. Sorry you had issues.

I would go to the front desk and speak to the person on duty face to face and if it still doesn't seem like the problem is being taken care of then ask to speak to the manager.
