The 4 stars reflects what I experienced vs what I expected. This is not to say it is a 4 star hotel. That said, it delivered what I expected. I'm a business traveler. It was easy to find and right off the highway. The hotel and rooms are clean and obviously cared for. Did not visit the pool. Free breakfast is appreciated, with hot food, cereal, yogurt and fruits. Good selection of channels on the TV. No tub in my room, just a stand up shower. Water pressure sucks, but that's what I've come to expect from hotels. The staff is friendly and check in was a breeze. There are a few dining options nearby but nothing special. You only have to travel 15-20 min to find a decent sit down place though.

Nice clean hotel with plenty of well lit parking, and conveniently near interstate. The staff was friendly and answered any questions we had. During the night it was quiet in the building, so we had no problem getting sleep. Complimentary breakfast is self serve with a modest selection, but it was decent enough that everyone was happily satisfied.

We stayed one night on our travel to Florida. The receptionist was very helpful, friendly and super accommodating. The lobby and room were VERY clean and modern. (And I am a pretty big skeptic/germaphobe.) Location is also great- right off I95 so we could get right back to our travel in the AM. Amazing price and great level of quality including a breakfast! Literally cannot beat it. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

I made a reservation for two rooms at this hotel. Both rooms were completely paid for at the time of the reservation. When we arrived late at night to check it it turned out our second room was sold to somebody else. The hotel refused to accommodate us although we were traveling with a child. After checking us in in one of the rooms they called the police and tried to get us out of the room in the middle of the night. That was completely unacceptable as there was a child and my 85 year old father. The staff was very rude and not helpful at all. Stay away if you want safe travel.
