Yes they are, there isnt a dog park but there is plenty of space to walk. Our pooch was off leash at the end of the big rig area playing ball. There was not many people or units in the area at the time.

Yes they are dog friendly. They do have a makeshift paws park behind the big rigs. It could use new fencing and gate. There are basic rules. Clean up. Even have bags available & specific trash cans for it. Must be leashed. Not left tied up and unattended. Don't let them scare the ducks. Everyone loves the ducks.
Very dog friendly. We put an exercise pen on our site for our dogs and they have no problem with it.
