I ordered here as I live in rutland. Girl who took my order on phone. Cold. Rushed. never gave me total on my order. Their dinners are listed at $7.95. I was charged $9+ dollars. Total $34 for 3 dinners. I called they said their menu was hacked.

I've never had a worse experience going to to eat than at this place.

RUTLAND HOUSE OF PIZZA is a very friendly family owned business. Menu prices do change occasionally. I would suggest you pickup a current menu from the business itself. Please let John know about the on line experience, to my knowledge this service is not available. I would agree with the other customers who frequent this business as I do. My experience weither pickup or delivery has been very good. Same thing with eating in while enjoying pleasant conversation with all of the employees. Sorry to hear of your bad experience.

Laura! Thats crazy! Never had a bad experience either, always been Happy with the food and customer service. They must have really had issues. Did u tell them what happened? Im sure they woukd have gave u a meal on the house or something. Love U, keep in touch:)

Yes, their menu was hacked and their name was stolen. It says you can order online but they really dont offer that service. I've never had an issue with them, I'm sorry your experience was not pleasant.

It could be from the recent wind storms. I have live in Rutland since 2010, and before that in Oakham. We have had only 1 bad experience. I am sorry this happened to you
