No catfish in the ponds. Definitely in the Snake River though which is easily accessible and a short walk. Up the road off Hanson Loop in Burbank is Caseys Pond and that will have some catfish in it too.
The ponds are stocked by WDFW with trout, you can view the stocking schedule here: https://wdfw.wa.gov/fishing/reports/stocking Catfish are in the Snake River the is accessible to fishing from shore or boat at hood park, you can also fish for walleye, bass, and sturgeon in this section of river easily from the bank at hood park.
