Yes both Troublesome Creek and San Juan campgrounds are pay to camp! A host will come by to pick up the fees one car is included on single sites additional cars are usually half of the camping fee per night.
Yes...$16/night You can reserve at recreation.gov or they have first come first serve sites. A camp host will collect $$ if you do not have reservations
