Does anyone know who built giant prairie chicken that was outside of this store?

It was made in 1985 by a 4-H participant for a float and was given to the community.

I believe it was built by the local 4H club years ago!

Thanks I really appreciate it. The clerk inside told me it was for the Prairie Chicken Festival. She didn't know who made it, but said it had been in storage for years, at the city building.
