Are there any stores around the lake next to campsites to get ice and stuff?

Both stores have the easentials for camping. Drinks, food, ice,bait, boat and camper parts.

Yes small store/baitshop by the bridge on the east side of lake.

East side of lake (hell creek area) stores and marina nearby. West side of the lake (Manooka) closest store in dorrance 6 miles south.

Yes there is a small store/bait shop by the bridge and a marina store on the other side of the lake. Both of these are on the east end of the lake.
