I canceled my membership and received a refund for the past month. It is open now but has a new owner who, according to a worker, only does minor repairs. I loved the carwash but drove there too many times only to find out it was closed.
I agree... I haven't been able to wash my car in over 2 weeks and still paying. I think something should be done for the customers that have had to wait.
