Franks Car Wash on forest drive is in it’s own given the fact that they are one of the few to offer a complete cleaning of your vehicle. They are very professional and courteous here.

Did. For both vehicles. Two separate transactions . This is after putting in 5 request for cancellation. I went ahead and filed a fraud claim on my credit card for one car and got a new debit card for the other car
I have been calling their customer service and can only get to an automated message. And the voice mail is full. What a hot mess!!!!
I canceled my membership and received a refund for the past month. It is open now but has a new owner who, according to a worker, only does minor repairs. I loved the carwash but drove there too many times only to find out it was closed.
I heard they had technical problems
