Hi Lisa, We have two tree houses (Sunrise and Sunset) that can accommodate 3 people with a queen size bed and a custom built window seat for a possible third. The Moonlight tree house can sleep 4 people and has a queen size bed and a full size futon area. The Cabin can also sleep 4 people with a queen size bed and two twin size beds in the loft area (plus it has a tree-top deck with a 2-person jetted therapy spa tub). Yes, the treehouses sleep 2 as a romantic Bed and Breakfast, but the cabin sleeps 4 with a queen and two twins. (: We stayed for our wedding weekend and I can't describe how breathtaking the views were... I 100% recommend!
