Go to the missauke county humane society page you will find the application to fill out. You dont have to print it just answer the questions.
If you find either a dog or cat on facebook they have a link to do paperwork right there.
I filled out my application on site at Missaukee Humane Society. They are really nice out there. Go check them out.
