Has the potential to be so much more than it is as it sits. Alot of work needs done for sure. Has the potential to be so much more than it is. Just needs owners willing to invest the funds and their time to make it into an amazing motel where people love staying when their away from home and would recommend to their friends/family. Word of mouth goes a long ways.

Really like this motel and the owners. I and other family members have been staying here for 10 plus years. Well kept rooms, quiet area and coffee on the porch each morning. The choices of rooms: One bed to a large efficiency which can sleep at least 6. I would highly recommend this motel when you are in the Lake City area

The owner put his hands on my wife in front of my children and the law wouldn't do anything because he payed them off and he gives minors alcohol. rooms are dirty and owners fighting all night over his wife cheating on him with the guests. This place is very horrible I would not recommend taking ur wife's or family here.
