We have been there when it rains the entire day and the park remains open. It only temporarily shuts down with a threat of lightning. However to my understanding there will not be a refund.

No rain checks or refunds. The price for the quality is great, so imo it is 100% worth the risk (unless of course the predictions are for a stormy day).
