Is there a gate fee

Dropbox on the road going in. Fee is $2 or $3. There are cameras overlooking it, but not sure if they work or if they are monitored.

Actually, there is a drop box there. It appears it is on the honor system though.

There is an entry fee for non residents but no envelopes or place to put the money.
