@4:20pm on 12/22/20, there were traffic cones blocking the right lane at Stumphouse Park entrance but no "closed" sign. We were very confused and did not proceed down to the park lot. Is that a normal setting? or is the park actually closed?

We went yesterday. I think you are suppose to go to the right for the payment box and the cones are there to prevent people just driving through without paying
