Yes, I bought a humidifier yesterday and it doesn't work. I tested the humidifier in the back with the outlets, but unfortunately I did not have water with me, to put in the humidifier.
Yes but there are outlets to test items in the back of the store before you purchase because most items are returns.
You have to keep in mind that these are returns and over stocks so there's usually a reason that they are returned but we've had this issue before with a Wii controller not working. It's hard to test that at the store.
I always test everything and have yet to find something that didnt work.
I usually try to check everything out before I buy it. There are several outlets in the back, and sometimes I will use some of the cords they have to check things. Some things are a gamble though. Sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience.
Always test what you can on the shelves they have with outlets. Sometimes you'll luck out and it will all be working and have all the parts but sometimes you aren't so lucky.
