The $2.00 just helps them out for all the pocket parts that people walk out with and don't pay for. As for the 20min on hold I've never had it happen. Maybe they were really busy that day. They are usually pretty helpful, but do get very busy at times.
There are 2 lines 1 for information and one to pay to get in get in the right line guys
Customer service isn't one of there hot points. Last time I was there they charged 2bucks just to go in
It's easier to go into their website and would give you an idea if they the vehicle u are looking for.
It's always crazy in there, i would suggest to use their website or just show up tho the location. Hope that helps.
