Yes it is! Maneuvering down around the falls isn't so easy, but you'll get plenty of good views from above👌🏻
Easy access for the top of the falls. It is more difficult to climb down and view the falls from below.
Yes most trails are easy access. The trail that goes behind the falls is a bit difficult.
