Has the newer owner had any business management? The reason I ask is the man I talked to today was instantly belittling to me when I was asking if there was a hourly rate versus a daily rate. I'm not a sensitive guy but was instantly irritated.

You must have me confused with someone else because no one on either end of the conversation said anything about college or anything even close pertaining to business management. I was talked down to almost instantly. I was hoping that was not the owner and just an employee but seems from other reviews that is not the case. If your not confusing me with someone else then it's another mark against your integrity as a business owner. It's pretty bad if you have to constantly get on your reviews and lie to try to justify your poor customer service.
