No, it didn't when we were there in December for our flight. We had to leave at 4am and the shuttle wasn't available at that time

Not exactly certain but it is clear to us that they will do anything to accommodate guests. Not being close to downtown NOLA they told us they will go that extra mile to enhance any visit.
