For special activities, like Memorial Day weekend, they do charge parking fee, like $5 for county residents and $8 for non-residents. There's more info about the parking fees and swimming area here: https://www.yorkcountygov.com/643/Swimming

Free entry. The camping was around $40 buck for the weekend. A tent can be put with a camper in the same pad area. They sell firewood and fishing licenses at the ranger store. Grills were at the lake park. There are fire grates you can cook on as if you were cooking on an open fire.
