Well I know that North Carolina before you dig you have to call a certain number and I would bet anytime you light a fire you would have to let someone know I heard a story of a woman in Rock Hill starting a fire in your own backyard ghetto burning some leaves or whatever suddenly the law enforcement officers are there and she's getting a ticket so definitely I would call before you like any type of fire anywhere I would use the non-emergency number for police or something to that nature
