Call and speak with a manager, keep in mind no one can control customer volume at any given time, that being said it never hurts to ask.

Yes technically...depends on location and who is working....I've called in for a party of 17 got there and they were totally surprised to see us and had to rush around to figure out how to seat us together. Longer answer sorry.
