Waiting 45 mins in the drive thru to be told when you get to the window to pay that they never took your order. Worst place to get food if you are in a hurry.

I love burger king but this one is slow and I thought the maize location was slow but this one is exceptionally slow. Make sure you're not in hurry when go here. All our wrappers were wet I'm sure what's up with that but I don't trust it.

Get rid of slab blocking drive thru. Was waiting in drive threw for 30 min before even moving one car lane. I would have loved to drive away because of the wait and gone to a FAST food restaurant. If you can't take orders don't take orders. This store needs way better managers at night. During the day their is never an issue.

Disappointed overall! I went through the drive-thru around noon yesterday, and ordered a #1 with cheese…total amount due seemed like it was more than usual?! I went ahead and paid, just to find out the next day I was charged for bacon, and also charged extra for a Lg fry and Lg drink. I understand trying to get people to upsize their orders, but being basically forced into it without acknowledgment is not okay. Next time I’ll be sure to pay attention to what I’m paying for after taking my order. Shouldn’t have to be like that!
