The last day to place an order is on or before the Wednesday of the week prior to the weekend or week after.
I got lucky and needed one the next day, they were able to accommodate
Probably a week early. One time I went in 3 days early and I was told I couldn't place the order.
A week but they could possibly do it with shorter notice.
