The shops, not really, outside, pretty accessible for most areas
Well, most is wheelchair accessible, but i wouldn't say friendly. Not a lot of room to maneuver in the buildings.
Some parts are wheelchair friendly.
Pretty sure you can get a most of the main stuff in a wheelchair
