Fishing on laughery creek the lighthouse marina has poasted no fishing at the entrance to the marina from the water. Do they have the right to keep us out? We all ways had access in the past. I thought it was public water.

You would have to call the office to the park and ask. I was just visiting the park. We are from Florida.

I would think you can go back, but not fish. I Caint see the sign so in not 100 percent

This is only speculation, but since the marina is private property they may have a right to control access through it and on it. They don't control the water... just that one route to it. I am sure they are trying to reserve access for their paid members.
