There is no age/size limit. My 4 year old jumped off one of the platforms yesterday but wasn't quite brave enough for the tallest jump. Also, the water hits you pretty hard from the highest jump so I was afraid she might hurt herself. When you get there, you must sign waivers for yourself/all children. Everything is basically fair game after that so just use your best judgement!
People of all ages jump off the rocks
The highest jump Is about 30ft. The sign next to it states know your limit and I've personally seen a 5/6 year old jump off with a life jacket on. There are no restrictions for obstacles.
