Hey Craig. There are no rates. It's open to the public. You can have a gathering anytime, but not after 10pm. 😉

For having parties? Otherwise its free. Its a park were kids play at. They have docks u can fish off from and boating docks, basketball court, tennis courts, softball field, ect. Its an awesome park. Its my kids favorite park around this area.
