Great "old school" gym. That being said, it's an "old school" gym in a small town so several machines that I'm used to using in the city aren't here. Best gym i saw in town tho

We have treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, treadwall, steppers for cardio; pin-select weight machines; free weights; exercise room; sauna; 3 fitness classes; child's room (a place for them to sit while you work out, if applicable). Currently we have a special of buy 3 months get 1 free for $120. Are you looking for shorter term or longer term?

They get a few military walk ins. Walk in are welcome any time, they are open 24 7.
