Not bad, they take great care of the grounds. On some of the trails you will run into mosquitoes, also down by the water depending on when you will be down there.

We were there in May and June and never had any ticks and the mosquitoes were not bad but with the recent rains I'm sure that could have changed.
I live near there and we just had a fresh hatch of the little beasties. Bring your bug spray. Anywhere near the woods and they are everywhere. Not too bad if you can find a spot in the open.

The staff there warned me entering to protect against ticks and mosquito. I did have problems with ticks in May.
I sprayed site with yardguard before setting up. I had no problem the rest of the weekend
