Camping with the state forest officers present is from memorial day to first of October as far as I know. There is a fee at these times. When off season with permission of the vermont foresters you can camp with bring out what you bring in policy. Also the gate is down so must walk your gear into your site. No fee during off season. Was just there Labor Day weekend - this campground closes the gate for the winter the day after Labor Day at 11 a.m.
