You need to stay with them
Parents or guardians must be there to watch the kids.. They do not have care workers there.
You need to be at the facility with your kids but you are free to sit at a table and socialize, eat pizza, while they run around. As long as they are old enough. 4 years old of course would not be old enough.
If they are younger I would stay with them. If they are older they will probably be ok to explore. The place feels larger than you think it would be and could be pretty confusing to a younger child.
