Our Contract with our Consignors is for 90days. At that point there are (3) options: Come in and pickup, we can further reduce the price to encourage its purchase and finally we can donate it to one of the (2) local charities we work with.

On Furniture the Consignor receives 48% and on Accessories 40% of the final selling price.

AND, many of our employees have had at least one Vaccine shot.

No they do not. Anything you are intrested in selling must be brought to the store by your own means. You can give them a call for a couple good and cheep moving companies though.

Absolutely! When it comes to lighting we only accept hanging chandelier lighting. We do not accept wall or ceiling mounted lighting.

To Consign, there is $10.00 initial Consignor fee for the account setup and that's it!
