I know I have asthma and the only problem I would see is if yours makes you get winded when you walk I wouldn't reccomend it because their are alot of stairs and its pretty narrow.

There's 230 stairs I have asthma too I just took my inhaler when I went down and I was okay

It's like 150 stairs down and up. And they do stop and talked about ever 10 to 15 min.
