Yes it is wheel chair accessible. The cave tour is taken by golf cart. The shuttles and all of top of the rock is wheel chair friendly.

They are all paved. If possible get one of their golf carts. I really don't recommend walking any of it. Steep in spots and long. You can see everything from the golf cart. That's how we took my mom.
