I'm pretty sure Bass Pro Springfield & the one in Independence also St Charles have electric cars. Not sure about the smaller one in Columbia. Best thing to do is to call.

They have, on request a few electric carts similar to the ones at a grocery store. Customer service at the main entrance can set you up with it.
