for folks who like to camp, and not ruff it. Is there a hot shower and bathrooms, for those who like to tent camp?

Yes there are showers and flush bathrooms in the 300 and 100 campgrounds. (Showers are free... No quarters needed!)

I did not camp but I drove through the campgraonds. For tent campers I would look for a site in the 300 area, only because there is more shade on many of the sites.
