We stayed in my girlfriend's father's time share and had to pay for the waterpark. Pricy too. Like 40 for the whole day and 20 for half day.

No, there is a discounted price for onsite guests.

Typically it is free passes for 4 for the water park the day of and sometimes the day of check out.
