Why is it when you go into McDonald's that has the order stations that you use your card in the people working there seems to think everyone uses their cards? I don't and want to be waited on in a timely fashion.

Due to the Corona virus Epidemic right now it is only fair to use the contactless ordering stations provided to help keep the employees and the customers safe.

These fast food places are trying to brace themselves for the rise in minimum wage by pushing the kiosk ordering system to reduce the number of employees needed so costs won't go through the roof. So the employees are trained to expect the kiosk to be used.
